Centrally located, there are 5 public golf courses within 10 miles, Cranberry Valley in Harwich, Captains Course in Brewster, Dennis Pines (narrow fairways) and Dennis Highlands (wide open fairways) in Dennis, and Bayberry Hills in Yarmouth.
Cape Cod National Seashore is about 12 miles away facing the Atlantic with big waves.
Cape Cod Bay about 5 miles away with the Brewster Flats that go out about a mile at low tide with great sunsets, not to mention great sunsets right at the house, down at the property's waterfront.
Then there is the warm waters of Nantucket Sound about 6-10 miles to the south with great beaches.

Shopping in Chatham's Main St. about 6 miles away, one of the best on the Cape.
